Account Executive

Industries: Business Services – Healthcare, Commercial, Government & Education

The Account Executive (AE) role based in Lexington, KY; Louisville, KY; and Nashville, TN requires a bright and consultative sales professional who will maintain existing client relationships while developing new ones with small and medium size (SMB) and large businesses that result in contracts for interior design and workplace solutions.

Education, Experience + Attributes:
Minimum five years’ experience in interior design, commercial construction, or five years of B2B sales experience
Bachelor’s degree 
Strong understanding of the construction process, real estate market and job site conditions
Proficient in Microsoft including One Drive, Teams, and Outlook

Major Functions of the Position:
Hit & exceed sales goals
Relationship development and New Business Development Goals
Client presentations (planning, scheduling, delivering, follow up)
Integration with DIRTT, Furniture, Acoustics, Glass, Promoting other areas as a Specialty Contractor
Solicit, write, revise + produce proposals or contracts

Essential Duties:
Exceed sales and profit goals 
Develop key customers and influencers
Engage in consultative selling practices to uncover client needs
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Deliver ID+A’s Specialty Contractor message
Responsible for finding opportunities for ID+A to sell Interior Construction Products & Services
Develop and deliver clear and concise client presentations demonstrating value 
Work closely with sales management developing sales and territory strategy
Maintain and update CRM with client profiles, forecasted projects and leads
Uphold the ID+A Fulfillment Process
