DIRTT, the kind you build with not the kind kids eat! ID+A became a DIRTT partner in 2015. We realized there's a better way to build. We are working to create a positive shift in the construction industry's time frame and aesthetic by using technology to create custom prefab interiors with minimal waste, fast lead times and a precise fit and finish. We have successfully partnered with DIRTT on projects throughout the southeast in all markets from education to government buildings.

We utilize software such as CET and CAP 2020 to make sure all options are addressed and you have a cohesive budget that only changes if YOU request it! We work from a what you see is what we specify scenario, utilizing renderings, VR and AR, we will export your file right into our specification software and share with your team.

Order Management

We can help streamline the specifying and ordering of your furnishings, which reduces your purchasing costs, improves your order accuracy, and shortens your order cycles.

Choosing products and vendors takes time and effort—both of which are limited resources that you could spend in other ways. We can evaluate vendors and conduct bidding and negotiations with potential vendors to ensure that you receive optimum terms of purchase.

We’ll prepare your order with layout and design, bill of materials, and pre-order set-up. Once your order is in process, we establish manufacturing schedules and shipping logistics to conform to your project schedule and construction progress. We monitor your order in conjunction with manufacturers. Then we receive and inspect your product to ensure accuracy.
